As the Director of Programs, and Funding at M25 Connections, he leads initiatives that support newcomers’ integration into the Canadian labour market through tailored employment services, training, and community partnerships.

A passionate advocate for equity, inclusion, and sustainable community growth, Busayo combines his expertise in organizational development, labour relations, and change management to design programs that bridge skills, opportunity, and meaningful employment for immigrants and their families.
