In her role as Director of Administration & Welfare at M25 Connections, she oversees programs and initiatives that ensure newcomers receive timely, practical, and compassionate support. With extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, and program coordination, Tobiloba is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the challenges of settling in a new country, fostering integration, and building a strong foundation for success in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake and needs assessment: Ensure every newcomer’s unique situation and requirements are understood, and provide tailored guidance or referrals to partner services.
  • Resource development and management: Create guides, checklists, toolkits, and other practical resources to streamline settlement processes.
  • Follow-up & Case Support: Conduct regular check-ins with newcomers to monitor wellbeing, address ongoing needs, and ensure that support services are effectively meeting their needs.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Track the delivery and impact of welfare services, compile reports for the board, and provide insights to guide continuous improvement.
